Mathematics: Why We Need Insurance?



The coming of disaster cannot be predicted. It can occur due to natural factors and human factors. A lot of natural conditions that are unfriendly often happened now, such as flood, Typhoon, Hurricane, Tsunami and volcano eruption. We cannot forecast when it could happen. Human factors of discipline level in the streets are still low; the volumes of the vehicles are growing rapidly. It not only makes very high accidents rate but also occurs criminal on the streets such as theft, destruction and deprivation. Many of the uprooted tree hit the vehicle adds a row of risks which are not taken into account previously. Of the many risks which must be faced by the owner of the vehicle, then car insurance is becoming the right solution to divert the risk of your vehicle.

Why we need insurance?

Human life can be separated from risk every day.? It can be imagined that it happens to us. It will have direct impact for our financial condition. For example: when a House is on fire, how much cost should we spend to renovate our House again. Surely, it spends a lot of money. Insurance can be likened as an umbrella which means protect. It will be benefit when rain happened. So, will we wait the rain to buy umbrella????
